Aviassist provides Training and Testing on the DJI T40. DJI T40 Testing only is conducted on demand and can be booked via enquiry or via a custom course with three attendees minimum.

Remote Pilot Licence Multirotor <150kg – DJI T40
Description
Aviassist’s Remote Pilot Licence (Upgrade) DJI T40 course is designed for those wanting to upgrade from an existing Remote Pilot Licence Multirotor 25kg to include the DJI T40 in the medium category.
Delivery Method
Training and testing
Practical training is delivered over two days in person at one of Aviassist’s training venues. The first training day covers the RPA-type training, with the second training covering spray operations and flight test.
Testing Only
A flight test only stream is available for those with experience on the DJI T40. The flight test is allocated over two hours and required your own drone.
Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate practical competencies in accordance with CASA Part 101 MOS
- Understand considerations of operating Multirotor RPA up to 150kg
- Understand considerations when using RPA for spray operations

Assessments
- Verbal theory assessment on DJI T40 RPA
- Flight test in accordance with Part 101 Manual of Standards

- 5 hours experience on DJI T40
- Aircraft maintenance records including Total Time in Service
- Public Liability Insurance
Qualification outcomes
- Civil Aviation Safety Authority Remote Pilot Licence Multirotor <150kgs with DJI T40 endorsement.
