Aviassist and the Australian Association for Unmanned Systems (AAUS) have partnered to bring you a seminar series on continuous improvement for Remote Operators. The seminar series is visiting a number of locations over the coming months.
The seminar series focuses on improving business practices to increase the opportunity for operators of Remote Aircraft. The seminar is opened by the AAUS and features time to network with fellow remote aircraft operators. The seminar series discusses:

Rowan Kimber is Aviassist’s Quality Manager. Rowan is a Remote and Piloted aircraft Instructor as well as a qualified lead auditor. Rowan has a Bachelor of Law (honours) and is an award-winning lawyer specialised in Aviation and drone regulation. Based in Melbourne, Rowan leads Aviassist RPAS training, audits and approvals.
Ross Anderson is Aviassist’s Managing Director. Ross has a passion for creating business efficiency through remotely piloted aviation. Ross has a Bachelor of Science (Aviation) and developed one of the first commercial drone training courses to be recognised by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Ross is also a qualified Lead Auditor. Based in Newcastle, Ross assists with RPAS training, audits, and approvals.
Irwin Jefferies is Aviassist’s Chief Remote Pilot. Irwin is a commercial RPAS Instructor as well as a piloted Helicopter pilot/instructor with considerable experience across a range of rotary aircraft. Based in Brisbane, Irwin manages Aviassist’s professional drone training across Australia.
